We’re helping to define the Work Management category and inventing new ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger purpose behind their work. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products. This team is charged with innovating Asana’s role as the coordination layer for work – leveraging data from within and outside Asana to deliver insights that accelerate organizations’ progress, and supercharge adoption and expansion. This high-impact, high-visibility role will directly influence Asana's evolution, requiring exceptional strategic leadership, deep customer empathy, and the ability to transform ambitious ideas into reality through cross-functional partnership. We're searching for someone who can navigate ambiguity, think at a transformative scale, and propel Asana towards new frontiers in the AI era.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.
