We are looking for a motivated Parts Advisor to join our team in Salisbury and support our parts department in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:



Assist customers with parts inquiries in person and over the phone.


Identify, locate, and recommend the correct parts for vehicles.


Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.


Maintain inventory and assist with stock organization.


Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure smooth operations.


Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.

QualificationsQualifications:



Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive parts, retail, or related field.


Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is preferred.
