Our Operations Manager is one of our pillars to success. At Chick-fil-A Mohegan Sun, the Operations Manager role is an oppotunity to . We are seeking full-time candidates who have excellent people skills and a sense of urgency to lead the business and our team. In addition to daily operational duties, our Operations Manager takes on specific responsibilities such as scheduling and planning for event days. Our Operations Manager serves as the Manager in charge and run most store shifts. Please note that this is a full time position and only those with an open availability will be considered.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Greet guests quickly while demonstrating the Core 4 (Create Eye Contact, Share a Smile, Speak with a Friendly Tone, Always say “My Pleasure”)
• Oversee cash handling procedures for store, ensuring both compliance and best practices are upheld
• Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC)
• Keep the store in like-new condition through equipment and facilities maintenance
• Coach and develop Team Member and Team Leaders
• Build talent pipeline within the team, recognizing and developing individuals with leadership potential
• Provide positive and negative performance feedback
• Build team culture and morale

• Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and make quick decisions on a daily basis
• Ability to set goals and motivate a team toward achieving those goals

• Ability to work both opening and closing shifts
• Proven ability to drive an area of business and achieve significant results with minimal supervision
• Desire to grow and be developed as an individual, as well as the desire to develop others of all ages and skill levels
• Must have open availability to work store hours
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager in a busy commercial kitchen and operations setting. We are seeking an individual with high energy, a polished and professional identity and winning attitude FOH and BOH operations. Experience desired in a Contract Dining Food Service setting such as Hospital, School, College, Senior Living or Corporate Dining accounts.  Culinary background is a strong plus!  

The Manager and Supervisor shares an overall responsibility of food service. He/she institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees operations, purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, and customer and client relations; directs through supervision food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results.
