Assists the E-Commerce Manager in the operation and management of the E-Commerce operation by
performing the following duties personally or through supporting team members.

- Recognizes when team members need coaching and provides immediate coaching when applicable.
- Monitors and resolves customer service issues including but not limited to returns and disputes.
- Reviews sellers’ information on shopgoodwill.com and all other marketplaces to ensure that it is compliant with requirements related to posting of items, description etiquette, and other criteria.
- Leads retail team and store activities in the absence of/and at the direction of the E-Commerce
- Manager and/or E-Commerce Assistant Manager; see Supervisory Responsibilities below.
- Ensures compliance with established safety, security, sales, money handling, and record keeping procedures and practices as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures. Reports known or suspected security and/or theft problems to the Manager, Retail Operations, Loss Prevention and the Vice President of Donated Goods.
- Trains E-Commerce Team Member III in delivery of new E-Commerce Team Member training.
- Demonstrates a mastery in production and customer service management through evaluation.
- Verifies that the quality and quantity of merchandise is adequate to obtain sales and production standards.
- Coordinates transportation shipments and reporting on a daily basis.
- Optimize floor space based on product flow to ensure efficient production.
- Assists Truck Drivers and other agency personnel in performance of their duties.
- Attends meetings as required.
- Complies with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout all work areas; maintains same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
- Occasional travel is required for business-related activities.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, available to open and/or close assigned E-Commerce location as required, and secure building to ensure success of the operation.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies at any time as needed.
