We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who’s excited to build scalable systems, shape the architecture of our platforms, and craft tools that transform how patients engage with care.

This role is based in Nashville, TN, with the expectation to work in-office 1–2 times per month for team collaboration and onsite alignment.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and implement backend and/or fullstack systems that power our patient and studio-facing experiences
• Drive product development in close partnership with Operations team and other stakeholders—from ideation through delivery
• Champion best practices in software architecture, performance, security, and scalability
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies where they add value
• Eliminate technical debt and optimize for long-term stability, not just quick wins

What You Bring:

• Strong experience as a fullstack, backend, or frontend engineer working on high-traffic applications or platforms
• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and tools like React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS Lambda
• Proficiency working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP), ideally using serverless and containerized architectures
• Strong experience with Python and the Django framework, including building scalable backend services and APIs
• Deep familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Passion for test-driven development and scalable system design
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Located in Nashville, TN, with the ability to be onsite 1–2 times per month

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience building products in healthcare, retail, or e-commerce
• Exposure to HIPAA or PCI-compliant environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, particularly using Lightning components
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the tech community
