Summary:  Under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager, responsible for adequate administering of first aid treatment of minor injuries or any illnesses, referral and follow up of those of a more serious nature, the general health, well-being, and safe working condition of all associates to the best of his/her ability. Job Duties to support Johnston Plant in Johnston, SC (primary) and Kingsley (Thomson, GA) (as needed) locations of Milliken and Company.

 

Specific Duties: 

1. Maintaining clinic, equipment and supplies. 
2. Conducting health screenings, first aid, substance screenings on associates.
3. Responsible for Hearing Conservation, Pulmonary Program, and FIT testing. 
4.  Maintain unrestricted nursing licenses in the state of South Carolina (required) and Georgia (preferred not required).
5. Participate in Safety Program and drive wellness activities and education
6. CPR certified and guidance to CPR certified associates
7. Preparation and distribution of all reports allocated to him/her by the Human Resources Manager.
8. At all times, maintain confidentiality of associate records.
9. Other duties assigned by the Human Resources Manager or other member of management.
10. This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Required

High School education or GED; Nursing Degree (LPN or RN)

A current unrestricted nursing license in the state of South Carolina

 

Preferred

Minimum 2 year diploma from an accredited Nurse Program

A current unrestricted nursing license in the state of Georgia
