Role |

We are seeking an experienced Director of Refurbishment to lead and manage all of our installations of new properties across Europe. Reporting into our VP of Design, you will be working with cross-discipline partners and with your team, you will ensure that each Ukio installation meets the schedule, are stay-ready for our guests whilst maintaining the brand quality and standards. We are a new start-up, so you will be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.

Responsibilities |

• Perform daily accounting transactions, including verifying, sorting and recording accounts payable data.
• Reconcile accounts payable general ledger to ensure all invoices and payments are posted and recorded correctly.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
• Generate reports detailing the status of accounts payable.
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers.

About you |

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets (Excel).
• Resolutive
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
