Job Summary: Alpine Teams Head Coach is for the oversight and general success of the U System and Development Teams based at Alpine (the “Alpine Teams” at Alpine location base). This list is designed to assist in delimiting job duties and is not exhaustive.  Other duties may be assigned or arise in the course of work.  These duties are NOT listed in order of priority. The Head Coach contributes to the overall success of Team Palisades Tahoe and Team Palisades Tahoe Alpine consistent with the Team Mission and Vision as measured by the quality of the athlete and employee experience, retention, athlete success, and parent satisfaction. This position works directly with the Alpine Teams Administrator, Palisades U System Sr Manager, Palisades Tahoe Director of Teams, and has direct supervisory oversight of Alpine U System staff U12-U18, and the Alpine Development Head Coach. 

Applicants must be 21 years of age.  

Hourly:

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.

Base hourly pay range: $25.71 - $35.99 per hour
