Position Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Support team with tracking and monitoring bank accounts and portal records including working with banks to open, close accounts, and manage signatory updates.
- Support team with tracking and maintaining bank guarantees and letters of credit records, involving working with business owners, cross-functional treasury teams, and various banks to issue, amend or cancel, amendments.
- Assist team with ensuring various treasury records management systems are accurately and timely updated.
- Support treasury audit cycles, ad-hoc SOX controls testing, annual certifications and confirmation processes, including supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) activities.
- Assist team with fee invoice vetting and processing, analyzing fees, performing investigations, and support monthly fee schedules preparations.
- Support manager with SharePoint site maintenance for bank statements to ensure reconciliation reports are loaded timely for the month-end processes.
- Demonstrate ability to adapt to challenges and changes as the business evolves, take on new responsibilities, manage deadlines and multi-task under pressure.
- Manage meeting minutes and support ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Demonstrate speed and flexibility as appropriate in responding requests and adapting to changes.
Position/Role Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 3-4 years of professional experience in banking, finance, operations, treasury, or cash management.
- Great verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
- Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) or Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Records Management tools is a plus.
- Multi-lingual preferred (fluency speaking/reading).
- Understanding of treasury/banking terminology a bonus.
