A Senior Associate must;
* have an understanding of the organization’s basic consulting models and methodologies, as well as basic knowledge of what services Parexel Market Access Consulting provides.
* must be technically competent and continually developing the skills as defined in the responsibilities section of this document.
* under the general direction of a Project Lead and Technical SMEs, take responsibility for ensuring that client work is performed, and delivered on time, meeting the quality expectations of Parexel Market Access Consulting and the client.
* may act in a client facing role with support from line management.
Essential & Minimum Requirements for the Role:
* Must have sound experience in HTA submissions in the Nordics (ideally 2 - 3 years experience in health economics and / or outcomes)
* Must have great project management skills
* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific or , Advanced Degree Preferred
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - especially in the relaying of technical information.
* A high degree of written accuracy and attention to detail.
* Fluent English and Nordic language
* High analytical ability.
* Client focused approach to work
* Demonstrates active listening skills.
* A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
* Self-motivation, enthusiasm, ambition and flexibility.
* Keen interest in medical research, provision of healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry.
* Self starter, with the ability to takes responsibility for assigned work with moderate direction/support.
* Demonstrates a good working ethos and positive attitude towards work. Is tactful and respectful regarding interactions with the project team, clients, and peers.
* Has a positive attitude towards work and is receptive to development feedback and applies feedback to all projects.
* Engages in two way dialogue and shares information with others on projects and initiatives. Participates in training initiatives under the guidance of their Development Manager.
* Strong computing skills (MS Office).
