About The Role 🤔
As a Principal Solution Architect at Immutable, you will play a pivotal role in addressing some of the most significant challenges facing the gaming industry today. 
Your mission will be to facilitate a seamless transition for web2 gamers into the web3 ecosystem, bridging the gap between traditional gaming studios and the innovative concept of web3 player ownership. 
Working with top-level global gaming studios, you will be responsible for enabling product adoption. You will live and breathe web3 gaming, playing the games, making recommendations on product integration strategies and helping game developers build the best web3 games in the world.
You will champion the voice of the customer, utilising robust and data-driven evidence to influence product roadmaps and ensure that player needs and desires are at the forefront of our development strategy.

You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮

• Engage with potential clients and partners to understand their needs and challenges.
• Design comprehensive web3 gaming solutions that address these needs, ensuring a seamless transition for gamers and studios into the web3 ecosystem.
• Build and demonstrate prototypes that showcase the potential of web3 technologies.
• Collaborate closely with game developers to refine and implement these prototypes into fully-fledged web3 integrations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, ensuring that solutions are technically sound and feasible across various ecosystems.
• Engage in detailed technical discussions with developers, providing guidance and expertise on integrating web3 technologies into their games.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch events and campaigns for new games or features.
• Develop and execute launch plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring a smooth rollout of new products.
• Gather feedback from clients, prospects, and partners to inform and prioritise product enhancements and roadmap developments.
• Lead and contribute to global projects that advance Immutable's strategic objectives. These may include exploratory initiatives, proof-of-concept development, or collaborations with key partners to push the boundaries of web3 gaming.

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior client-facing technical role such as a solutions architect, software engineer, or integrations engineer, preferably in an API-based SaaS company, systems integrator or blockchain.
• The ability to comfortably discuss technical concepts and explain product features and API architecture.
• Expertise in designing and implementing solutions for business customers using API-based and blockchain products, with a strong focus on technical and solutions architecture.
• Highly skilled in developing and integrating APIs and blockchain technologies for comprehensive end-to-end business processes to achieve specified business outcomes.
• Ability to establish deep technical credibility during customer engagements with key web3 game studio stakeholders, including Founders, CTOs, Chief Architects, Product Designers, and Senior Developers.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
