Maintenance Technician

Our Maintenance technician is responsible for general maintenance functions across the community. These functions are conducted under supervisor direction and include the preventive maintenance (PM), routine servicing, repairs, and modifications of building/grounds components and equipment. Specific skill sets will include carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Position available:

Part-Time, days vary, to include weekends

QUALIFICATIONS: High school education. Technical Schooling and/or background preferred. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. One year experience maintenance necessary. Valid and active Driver license issued from any State with a good driving record. Successful completion of Cypress of Raleigh golf cart training.
