Are you a visionary healthcare leader ready to make a meaningful impact? Trinity Health at Home is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to lead with purpose, compassion, and strategic insight.

🩺 About the Role

As the Regional Director, you’ll provide strategic leadership and clinical oversight across our home health agencies in the Greater Philadelphia area. You’ll ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and most importantly—exceptional patient care.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical operations across multiple home health agencies.

• Develop and execute plans to meet clinical, financial, and growth goals.

• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, state, and federal standards.

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient outcomes.

• Mentor and support management and clinical teams.

• Oversee budgets and ensure financial performance.

✅ What You Bring

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (preferred).

• 5+ years of healthcare leadership, including 3+ in home health.

• Deep knowledge of Medicare regulations and Joint Commission standards.

• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
