About the role

We're hiring a dynamic individual to join our team as a Property Manager for the 1901 Belcourt Apartments. In this multifaceted role, you'll be responsible for leasing apartments, managing tenant relationships, overseeing retail spaces, and providing support to the Moxy Nashville Vanderbilt Hotel Operations Team during downtimes.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Apartments:- Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and process lease agreements.- Coordinate move-ins and maintain market knowledge.Tenant Relations:- Establish positive tenant relationships, address concerns, and conduct regular check-ins.- Assist with maintenance issues and disputes resolution.- Sending out monthly new letterRetail Space Management:- Serve as the primary contact for retail tenants, monitor space usage, and facilitate lease renewals.Support for Moxy Hotel:- Assist the Moxy Hotel operations team during downtimes and provide administrative support.
Additional Responsibilities Include:- Database management using Yardi and keeping resident logs updated.- Managing residential packages and clearing mailbox.- Screening prospective residents and guarantors.- Coordinating with the General Manager on evictions and legal documents.- Completing annual rent calculations and assisting in budget preparation.- Processing monthly utility bills and preparing leases.- Tracking homeowner violations and reconciling resident account ledgers.- Reviewing maintenance requests, pending leases, and accounts receivable.- Ensuring cleanliness of vacant apartments and common areas.- Responding to emails and voicemails promptly.- Experience with Fossy preferred but not required- Acting as PIC at Moxy Nashville Vanderbilt Hotel and assisting when needed
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or hospitality desired.- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.- Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations is advantageous.- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
