Position responsible for the general maintenance of the Master Schedules in IDX System and acts as department liaison for after hour advisory service.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Handles incoming calls to departments centralized appointment scheduling lines.
Communicates changes to physician master schedules with the department of Surgery.
Updates scheduling protocol and manual as needed.
Monitors ACD reports daily.
Manages staffing, personnel issues, reporting and planning.
Assists with front desk duties in clinical practice as needed.

$45,600.00 - $75,300.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
