The Sr. Director, North America Strategic Insight and Analysis will focus on managing strategic initiatives across NAOU (North America Operating Unit) Strategy. This includes ensuring initiatives are prioritized and aligned to operational and strategic objectives for both short and long-term growth. The Sr. Director, Strategic Insight and Analysis, will lead strategic projects identifying growth opportunities and addressing key challenges. In this role, you will analyze industry, customer, consumer, competitor and internal performance data, synthesize key insights from various sources and make actionable strategic recommendations against growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Use data and insights to create fact-based recommendations to grow the North America Business, toward attainment of our ambition.
- Working with complex data set; collect, organize, visualize and assimilate internal and external data
- Influence Executive team leaders from TCCC, NAOU, Customers and bottlers using strategic frameworks and fact-based storytelling
- Help manage the strategy managers by providing direction and guidance during projects
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years equivalent work experience is required
- The ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate and execute multiple complex projects is required
- Strong relationship management (at all levels of the organization and externally with suppliers, contractors, bottlers) is requirements
- Ability to leverage problem solving framework to structure complex business questions'
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (in analysis) and PowerPoint (for presentation
- Must possess the ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results

Skills:
Pay Range:
$181,000 - $210,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
