Position Title: Assistant GM- Corporate Dining (Miami, FL) 

Salary: $85,000/Yr. -$90,000/ Yr.

Job Summary

Working as the Assistant General Manager for a premier corporate dining account in Miami, FL, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of daily operations in accordance R/A brand standards and client expectations. 

 

This position offers a desirable Monday through Friday schedule.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Manage a team- interview, hire, train, and coach employees
• Participate in employee meetings and training programs
• Maintain account financials- Prepare and monitor budgets, flash reports, financial targets and forecasts
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Minimum of three years of upscale food service experience
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, flexible and adaptable to constant changes and must possess attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Must be knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food
• Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance, and/or safety.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Exceptional business etiquette and client relations
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus
