What We're Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of RN experience.
• 1+ year in Home Health; OASIS experience highly preferred.
• Acute, med/surg, or sub-acute background is a plus.
• Supervisory or leadership experience will help you thrive in this role.

Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager:

• Supervise a team of field nurses.
• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Mecklenburg, Union and other surrounding areas.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
