About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Consulting software engineer to work with a world class Technology team. This role will be working with a development group building the platform, who have experienced hyper-growth – more than tripling in size over the last three years and still expanding. 

About the team – Our team supports a unified, future-ready orchestration platform called RiskNarrative, which provides customers with anti-money laundering, fraud, compliance and risk management capability. It’s incredibly quick to set up owing to no-code configuration, providing customers with a single solution to verify, transact with and monitor their customers, clients and suppliers. 

Responsibilities 

• Working with the development team to delivery of large scale, complex technical projects to a high standard of quality, performance and architectural excellence 
• Performing reviews to ensure enterprise and architectural standards and processes are followed. 
• Identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues. 
• Planning new initiatives in collaboration with the team and business stakeholders including detailed design of scope, estimation and implementation. 
• Contributing to wider group initiatives, from championing information security to furthering diversity and inclusion within our teams 

Requirements 

• Possess extensive  Software Development experience. 
• Have an expertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, Angular, SQL, Windows, UNIX. 
• Possess software development process expertise in applicable methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall
• Possess strong proficiency in database technology, software design, software performance optimization, best practices, and leading industry trend knowledge.
