What will you do?    

• Convert the business expectations(scope) into User Story document (BRD) covering all the requirements
• Create Feature list based on the requirements document-Elicitation of the feature and the requirements with the stakeholders-Writing User Stories-Creation of Wireframe
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to develop the User Interface Screen-Coordination with the stakeholder forgetting sign offs on the user stories, wireframes and Mockups-Brainstorming the requirement with the internal stakeholders-Organizing and leading the knowledge sharing session with the development, testing teams to spread the requirement
• Prepare and maintain traceability matrix
• Develop and maintain customer relationship and satisfaction
• Demonstrate the application with the stakeholder on a weekly basis.
• Capture the bugs/feedbacks during the walk-through with the stakeholder
• Participate in Bug Triage meetings

What are we looking for?   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or related field
• Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
• Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources
• Working knowledge of Windows office systems
