Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance, troubleshooting and repair projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry for Nation buildings.

Skills and experience you will bring to us:

• Performs daily maintenance, troubleshooting and repair work orders for Nation Buildings
• Conducts initial first line troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems, performs electrical work including installations up to 120 volts, lighting repairs, etc., troubleshooting and repair of plumbing systems
• Participates in remodeling projects which may require light carpentry, painting, minor electrical and finish restoration.

 

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• Must possess valid New York State Driver’s license.
• Previous experience in roofs/heights/roof drains for commercial building maintenance a plus.
• Previous property maintenance work experience required.
