Tasks and Qualifications:

What you will do?

• You’ll be responsible for planning, definition, implementation and support of user roles and authorizations in the SAP R3 and perspectively SAP S/4HANA environment in coordination with the departments,
• You’ll develop the central purchasing master data for SAP R3 ECC 6.0 and perspectively SAP S/4HANA,
• You’ll be central contact for SAP users in procurement with regard to transactions and standards,
• You will manage presentation and communication of training-relevant content regarding basic processes, changes and innovations within the application,
• You’ll be responsible for analysis, resolution and documentation of incidents in close coordination with the company's internal SAP team and external consultants,
• You will prepare analysis, design, implementation, testing and documentation of new business processes in the SAP system in cooperation with in-house IT and external consultants,
• You will optimize existing processes and functions based on best-practice experience and recording of requirements

What do you need to be successful in this role?

Must-have: 

• You have very good knowledge of the processes and working methods in purchasing
• We require several years of experience in SAP Basis and SAP MM.
• Experience in the analysis and modeling of business processes and in the design of interfaces to external applications
• Fluent English - minimum C1

Nice-to-have: 

• Bachelor's degree minimum in computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject
• Experience in SAP authorization design is an advantage
• Knowledge of new SAP technologies is desirable e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, BW/4HANA
• Knowledge of German
