Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Success Engineering, Operations & AI Enablement

 

Location: Boston, MA

 

Anticipated Start Date: 22 June 2026

 

Contract Duration: 12 months

 

Work Hours: 20 hours per week

 

What You’ll Build

 

You will work closely with Customer Success Engineers, Product Managers, and internal stakeholders across SAP LeanIX. The role offers exposure to real-world customer challenges, modern AI applications, and enterprise architecture best practices.

 

As an intern in Customer Success Engineering, you will support the team in managing operational tasks and improving internal knowledge processes.

 

You will:

  • Assist with research, documentation, and data preparation to support internal and customer-facing activities
  • Maintain and enhance internal knowledge assets, ensuring information is accurate, structured, and accessible
  • Support internal enablement initiatives, helping the team scale knowledge sharing and onboarding
  • Contribute to AI-driven initiatives, exploring how AI can improve efficiency, automation, and knowledge access within CSE
  • Collaborate with Product Management to help develop an Architecture Guidance use case, with a focus on reliable ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) practices
  • Help streamline operational workflows, enabling engineers to focus on customer engagement and technical guidance

Education: Currently enrolled in a university degree program (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related field).

 

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

 

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Interest in AI technologies, knowledge management, and process improvement
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with data handling, documentation tools, or scripting is a plus
