We’re looking for a smart, analytical, and execution-focused individual to work directly with the CEO on all things sales. You’ll serve as a key bridge between leadership and sales teams — tracking performance, streamlining processes, and providing pipeline visibility across business units. You’ll also manage a few critical accounts directly, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue retention.
This is a high-trust, high-visibility role ideal for someone who blends a solid grasp of sales operations with comfort working across tools, numbers, and people.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process & Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline dashboards across regions and sales teams
• Ensure clean forecasting, lead progression, and follow-up proper tracking within the CRM
• Proactively identify delays, blockers, and underperforming areas in the sales funnel
Performance Tracking
• Build and update sales performance reports for CEO review
• Track KPIs including conversion rates, deal sizes, and cycle times
• Create data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions
Account Management
• Act as the key point of contact for select accounts assigned by the CEO
• Coordinate with delivery and product teams to ensure client needs are being met
• Drive renewals, satisfaction check-ins, and identify upsell opportunities
Executive Support – Sales Strategy
• Support the CEO in shaping GTM priorities, sales playbooks, and commercial proposals
• Partner with team leads on aligning quotas, outreach targets, and execution plans
• Help maintain sales documentation, pricing updates, and pitch frameworks
What You Bring:
• 3–5 years of experience in sales ops, business analysis, account management, or GTM support
• Strong command of spreadsheets and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents)
• Excellent organizational and follow-up discipline
• Strong communication skills — comfortable working across teams and leadership
• Tech-savvy and eager to grow in a high-expectation environment
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-moving environment is a plus
Why Join:
You’ll be working closely with the CEO on core sales decisions — gaining insight, responsibility, and influence over revenue-driving functions. If you’re looking for a role that’s both strategic and hands-on, this is it.
