Event Staff (RSA qualified)

A hands-on casual role for friendly, RSA-qualified crew who enjoy serving guests, keeping things moving, and being part of the action.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with RSA requirements
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service during busy event periods
• Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
• Assist with bar setup and pack down as directed
• Restock fridges, ice, glassware, and bar supplies throughout the shift
• Keep bar and service areas clean, tidy, and well-presented
• Monitor guest behaviour and follow responsible service guidelines
• Support the Event Operations Coordinator to keep service flowing
• Follow event procedures, safety standards, and instructions from supervisors
• Step in where needed to help the team during peak times
