Senior Manager Americas Channel

Job Description

Procore is expanding our Global Channel team and we’re looking for a high energy, creative and passionate Senior Manager Americas Channel to join us in the US. In this role you will be responsible for the development and management of Procore’s indirect go-to-market strategy in the Americas with a team spanning Canada, US.

As Procore’s Senior Manager Americas Channel, you will have the opportunity to build out and set the strategy for the expansion of our channel initiative in the Americas; establishing and guiding a team of channel professionals tasked with the development and management of both existing and new strategic partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate seeking a high visibility role in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment. This position will report to our Senior Director Global Channel and can be based out of any of our US offices or remotely within the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Own the evolution and execution of our channel sales and service strategy & prioritization plan in Americas

• Lead the Americas Channel team including resource hiring, coaching, development and performance management

• Be the voice of the Channel partner community in Americas planning and strategy

• Enable and/or support the development of new initiatives in cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Partners and other internal teams to drive new monetization.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships at the executive level with key channels and partners.

• Lead executive interlocks between partners and Procore

• Identify new partnership opportunities across reseller and service partner ecosystems

• Accountable for the Americas channel sales target and forecast

• Contribute to Channel Management best practices and share with global peers

What we’re looking for:

• 12+ years of experience in a Channel / Partnerships role

• A passionate channel professional with experience leading and managing channel teams

• A trusted candidate with strong ties with the Americas Channel community and a positive reputation

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive others. Being able to create a vision and coordinate your team to deliver on that vision.

• Experience building a book of partners and partnerships

• Ability to quickly and thoroughly gain an understanding of construction technology ecosystem

• High integrity, high energy, team player

• Commitment to excellence; ability to excel and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for cloud technologies and the construction industry

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $151,200-$207,900 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $216,000-$297,000. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
