Assistant Director of Nursing

Southfield Village, part of Greencroft Communities, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. In this vital role, you'll support the Director of Nursing in leading our clinical team, ensuring high quality care and a positive environment for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff
• Oversee care in both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing units
• Supervise and mentor team members, helping with training and performance evaluations
• Participate in hiring and orientation of new nursing staff
• Serve in an on-call leadership rotation
• Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Respond to residents, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and care
• Assist in survey readiness and follow-up, including plan of correction and record audits
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement across the care team

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana (required)
• Supervisory experience in Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living (required)
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of MDS and care planning (a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
