What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency for all fixed and mobile assets.
• Leading and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians.
• Implementing preventive maintenance programs and schedules on both fixed and mobile equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Managing maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
• Manage inventory of parts for repairs on mobile and fixed equipment.

What Are We Looking For

• At least three (3) years of experience in a heavy industrial setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance planning and execution.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
