​In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department.​ 

Program Description: 

​​​The Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility dedicated to comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. FHC provides a holistic approach to recovery, offering personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction while actively involving their families in the healing process. 

​Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and family support programs, FHC addresses the underlying causes of addiction, promoting emotional and behavioral well-being. Children live on-site with their parent during treatment, allowing families to remain connected and supported throughout the recovery journey. The program empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthens family bonds, fostering a supportive environment for long-term recovery and resilience.​​ 

Position Title and Overview: 

​​Facility Director - Family Healing Center​ 

• ​​Lead and manage all aspects of facility operations, ensuring full compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (DDAP, DHS, and CYF) to uphold the highest quality of care. 

• ​Inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team, providing leadership to program, clinical, and medical staff while fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and evidence-based service delivery. 

• ​Champion excellence in care by ensuring alignment with ASAM Criteria and promoting trauma-informed practices that empower the individuals and families we serve. 

• ​Oversee budgeting and financial planning, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources and alignment of financial decisions with programmatic goals and organizational priorities. 

• ​Serve as the key liaison between the organization and external entities, including funders, government agencies, referral sources, and community partners. ​ 

Location and Travel Requirements: 

This position is primarily located in ​Mt. Oliver.​ All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled. 

The travel required for this position is ​regular.​

Position Requirements: 

• Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required. 

• ​​Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, or other related fields.​ 

• ​​Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.​ 

• ​​2 years of direct service (clinical), 2 years of program planning, and 2 years of supervising others, required.​ 

• ​​This position is shift work and shifts may include weekends, evenings, overnight, and holidays. ​
