Head of AI, Gaming Services

PTW is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of AI to lead our global AI initiatives for our gaming services company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions for our gaming services, with the goal of driving innovation, improving user experience, and increasing revenue. The Head of AI will be an individual contributor and will have the opportunity to build and lead their own team of a team of AI developers and data scientists in the future as the team grow and collaborate with other departments to ensure that our AI solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's AI strategy, including identifying opportunities for AI-powered solutions to improve user experience and increase revenue
• Lead a team of AI developers and data scientists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with other departments, including product, engineering, and marketing, to identify opportunities for AI integration and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in AI technologies to inform the company's AI strategy
• Manage the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Evaluate the performance of AI-powered solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Communicate AI-related insights and recommendations to senior management, including providing regular updates on project status and performance
• Establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors and academic institutions to stay at the forefront of AI research and development

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in AI development and implementation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics
• Experience with game development and the gaming industry is preferred
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of AI developers and data scientists
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address complex AI-related challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and ability to align AI initiatives with business objectives
