Identity Engineer

You Are:
The Enterprise Directory Engineer will build and support complex identity solutions for AFS IT. They will focus on enterprise directory infrastructure and integrations which provide authorization and authentication across multiple organizations, along with facilitating the automation of access management tasks. They should also have experience working within a large corporate enterprise with complex, hybrid, and distributed Identity architectures. They will work with AD and Entra ID as well as hosting in Azure.
Here's What You Need:
- US Citizen on US soil
- 3 year(s) of experience in directory synchronization and B2B/B2C concepts
- 2 year(s) of experience working with Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra Connect
- 2 year(s) of experience with PowerShell, C#, or Python
- 5 year(s) of experience with Active Directory/Entra ID or other directory providers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates strong attention to details
Bonus Points if you have:
- Understanding of development lifecycle and identity lifecycle
- Deep understanding of the directory services, authentication, and authorization protocols
- Familiarity with automation
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban) using Jira/DevOps
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations for improvement
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
