MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Developer to join our team working in Crane, IN.  This is an onsite position.  
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide Enterprise Software Engineering Services in the areas of Software Solutions, Software Programming, Database Programming, and Application Administration.
• Provide applications implementation and integration support to research, test, enhance, debug, implement, and integrate software on multiple platforms both on premise and in the cloud including servers, desktops, and mobile devices for NSWC Crane.
• Troubleshoot problems with NSWC Crane Enterprise software in production and pre-production environments to resolve installation, configuration and integrations issues.
• Analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality; designing and developing user interfaces; determining design methodologies; completing programing; designing and conducting testing.
• Oversees the creation of hybrid software, web, and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.
• Responsible to integrate various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices.
• Manage the development cycle associated with producing a resilient software, hardware and web application, including specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance.
• Designs, develops, supports, and maintains the organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software.
   

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Systems Engineering, Software Development, Software Solutions, Software Programming, Database Programming, and/or Application Administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any IT related discipline
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree and 11+ years of Software Solutions, Software Programming, Database Programming, and/or Application Administration experience OR a high school diploma and 13+ years of Software Solutions, Software Programming, Database Programming, and/or Application Administration experience may be considered
• Must possess one of the following certifications: CASP+, CISSP, or equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT-3 certification
