- Set and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for Hospitality and Support Services that aligns with enterprise clinical, financial, regulatory, and growth priorities. Lead division-wide support services operations across multiple sites, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery.
- Translate enterprise strategies, standards, and programs into executable divisional plans with clear sequencing and sustainment.
- Run the divisional operating cadence (KPIs, governance, escalations), driving accountability across a matrix of facility and enterprise partners.
- Align stakeholders (clinical, operations, finance, HR, quality, infection prevention, supply chain, IT) to resolve competing priorities and remove barriers—often without direct authority.
- Standardize core processes and reduce performance variation across sites while enabling appropriate local customization.
