About the role

Huble is an international, creative, digital business & CRM consultancy with Elite HubSpot Partner status. Using the HubSpot platform, we provide solutions to increase our customer's level of CRM sophistication as well as deliver strategic consultancy across marketing, sales, service, websites, and business operations - and we do it all whilst trying to strike a balance between professionalism and being human.

As a Project Manager you will be developing project plans and managing them through to completion. This includes identifying issues and problems, generating solutions and helping choose appropriate alternatives. We would need you to manage project scope by assessing requirements, changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk. Communicating efficiently with all stakeholders and managing their expectations is integral in being successful in this role. We will look to you to serve as a role model in promoting good working relationships across a project.

These will be your key performance areas:

1) Project Scheduling | Budget Planning

  • Responsible for using best practice methodology to create a project plan to fit the stakeholders/customers’ needs and deliver with-in budget on desired outcomes.
  • Work with the Resource Managers to predict resources needed to reach objectives in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Prepare the budget based on scope of work and resource requirements and ensure the project keeps to the budget (isn’t over or under serviced).
  • Responsible for managing the budget for third party suppliers where needed.
  • Be accountable in creation of the project plan in Huble’s project management software.
  • Should be confident in facilitating project stakeholder meetings.
  • Should be confident in briefing Resource Managers of project timelines and milestones.
  • Resolve a situation where the project is over budget, working with the Key Account Manager to motivate for more budget if possible.

2) Project Tracking | Project Reporting | Project Administration

  • Responsible for the completion, distribution and storage of all project documentation which includes but is not limited to the Account Initiation Document, Client Contact Reports, Risk Register, Changes Log, Recons and Lessons Learnt.
  • Responsible for ensuring all briefs are prepared in time and resolve situations where briefs are unclear or incomplete.
  • Prepare and maintain clear and concise progress reporting with a view to discovering potential problems before they occur.
  • Applies a proactive approach in routinely tracking the project members’ progress against their project commitments.
  • Track and report on the status of a project. Ensuring the project is on track, in scope and inline with clients goals and the client contract.

3) Project Communication | Project Timeliness | Client Satisfaction

  • Responsible for driving efficient project meetings following the SPAT Method.
  • Strive to recognize and communicate when problems surface or potential problems are looming.
  • Articulate problems, bring the right people together to solve problems and know when the problem has been properly addressed and closed—all this with the proper sense of urgency that the problem requires.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Communication of deadlines to all project stakeholders including internal Huble team and Client Stakeholders.
  • Monitoring communications and ensuring that all client communication is being responded to and dealt with.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Resolve any project roadblocks whether internal or from client side ie. lack of login details, missing guidelines, etc.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicating and mitigating project risks.
  • Working with the Huble Resource Managers to ensure deliverables are delivered on time.
  • Communicate project dependencies.

Requirements

This role is best suited for someone who has the following:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Mid- senior years experience in Project Management.
  • Be proficient in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
  • Having experience with IT / website projects would be preferred.
  • Understanding of knowledge of HubSpot or any similar CRM would be beneficial.
  • Have experience in a Consultancy, Agency or Software development organisation.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Have experience with Project Management Software such
