This role will be 100% onsite in Fort Belvoir, VA.

Job Description:
In this position as a Subject Matter Expert - DAI Financial Systems Optimization, you will lead sustainment and optimization efforts for the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and related financial systems, including Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Joint Integrated CBRN Analytic Platform (JICAP), and the Defense Cash Accountability System (DCAS). In this position, you will also:
- Provide expert guidance on DAI modules, system integration, user management, and workflow design.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses, manage software change impacts, support Oracle upgrades, and develop agency-specific implementation plans.
- Participate in design reviews, oversee system testing, and assist in developing cutover strategies for new releases.
- Create dashboards and reports using DAI’s reporting modules such as Oracle Analytics Server.
- Support automation initiatives, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), using UIPath or other DoD-approved AI tools.
- Manage Tier II help desk operations, document and resolve system issues, and maintain training materials.
- Lead instructor-led and computer-based training sessions and manage user accounts and responsibilities.
- Support audit-related requests including CUEC documentation, financial reconciliations, and journal voucher preparation.
- Collaborate with DTRA IT, the DAI PMO, and other stakeholders to ensure system reliability, user proficiency, and compliance with financial and audit standards.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience with DAI or Oracle-based financial systems.
- 7+ years of experience with financial system integration, user role mapping, and workflow management.
- 5+ years of experience working with automation tools such as UIPath and supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
Desired Skills:
- CDFM, PMP, or CPA Certification is desired.
- Strong documentation skills for SOPs, training guides, and system updates.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with IT, PMO, and finance stakeholders.
- Experience with SharePoint, MS Access, and DoD financial systems such as WAWF, DCAS, and JICAP.
- Skilled in leading training programs and developing computer-based learning modules.
- Knowledge of CUEC requirements, audit sustainment, system upgrades, Oracle patching, change management, and DoD financial regulations.
At Blake Willson Group, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation practices. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $190,000 in the United States. Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
