Data Engineering Lead (Onsite - San Antonio, TX)

Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div></div><p><strong>The work:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <div> <ul> <li>Lead delivery of automated, real-time, self-healing data pipelines across platforms and manage metadata repositories.</li> <li>Implement automated error detection and alerting systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.</li> <li>Support client and delivery teams in deploying AI and other automation approaches.</li> <li>Manage monitoring and sustainment of data pipelines, resolving data discrepancies in near real time.</li> <li>Supervise a small team (2–3 members), both local and remote.</li> <li>Work closely with the client to automate enterprise data pipelines and ensure data quality.</li> <li>Perform client-facing duties with direct responsibility for guiding technical discussions and delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here is what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>US Citizenship required (no dual citizens)</li> <li>DoD Interim Secret clearance</li> <li>Experience with AWS, Palantir Foundry, and Databricks data engineering capabilities, particularly around system interfaces.</li> <li>Hands-on experience building and sustaining automated data pipelines and monitoring systems.</li> <li>Experience leading or supervising technical team members.</li> <li>Ability to operate in a client-facing environment.</li> <li>Ability to commute to San Antonio or be located within commuting distance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred experience:</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li>Active DoD Secret clearance&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of GovCloud.</li> <li>Familiarity with DoD cyber requirement
