Role Summary
The ADMT LLC has awesome teams distributed across the US and Europe. As the Sr Mgr, Software Engineering, you will be responsible for the technical teams, including building up new teams and structures. You support the teams in finding the right balance between technical excellence, maintaining a high customer focus and reliably deliver product increments. The role includes technical leadership as well as people management.
The engineering teams use modern languages (e.g., Kotlin, TypeScript) in combination with cloud services (e.g., AWS DynamoDB, SQS, Kinesis, RDS and Kubernetes) and are responsible for the discovery of what product increment to deliver next, as well as the full software lifecycle, including testing and operating the services (“you build it, you run it”).
Role Responsibilities
Fleet Management System and ADMT Cloud development
· Build, form and lead some world-class teams and their engineering managers in a servant leadership style
· Taking an active role in shaping and developing the tech architecture and culture
· Collaborate proactively with multiple (distributed) teams (US & Europe)
· Influence the product roadmap for the ADMT US offer
· Deliver SW products, microservices, architectures for the US Go to market for ADMT for MaaS and TaaS offers.
