Within the Fixed Network Services business development and presales team in the Europe Business Center (BC), the Services presales is in charge to drive pre-sales activities and deliver compelling offers to customers leveraging FN Services portfolio for Professional Services, Care and Deployment. Services presales team will support customer engagement for offer defense or negotiation meetings when required. This role requires ability to develop strong relationship Account teams, delivery teams and PLM, a good understanding of local services business environment and strong business acumen.
Main responsibilities:
Develop good understanding of Services business requirements and local environment in the different clusters in Europe.
Define FN Services solution for the offer in line with FN business objectives and portfolio.
Timely develop high quality & competitive Services offers -including development of SoW, costing and pricing deliverables.
Support offer and T&C’s negotiation in line with the Business Line guidelines.
Support smooth transition to project execution at project start.
Support customer engagement for FN Services portfolio positioning, offer presentations and negotiations as needed.
Qualifications
Profile: Services presales/tendering
Telecommunications, electronics, computer engineering Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in business development/management
Experience in pre-sales technical/commercial support
Experience in Services presales or delivery (Professional Services, deployment services or Managed Services)
Team worker, high agility, hands-on and result focus
Able to work well under pressure (has flexibility with regards to working hours and frequent travels in the region)
