Job Title: Parts Coordinator

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary Ensure the parts needed for service repair are available for shortages and repairs and coordinate with the Purchasing Department to obtain the required materials for each build.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Review each service order for correct parts.
• Gather parts needed for service work order.
• Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund.
• File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
• Manufactured housing industry experience desired
• High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have current driver' s license.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blue prints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
