Senior Camp Program Specialist

Step into a role as a Senior Camp Brand Program Specialist, where in this role, you will develop, organize, and maintain Camp specific program tools and resources to ensure the Field Team can deliver camp programs effectively and consistently. The role will work closely with Camp leadership to translate new program innovations into actionable tools such as training materials, budget trackers and operational guides in addition to monitoring their implementation across the camps.

Responsibilities:
Depending on the line of business, the position may perform some or all of the below functions:
Develop, organize and maintain camp specific program systems and resources, including operational spreadsheets, budget trackers, checklists and draft training guides using tools such as Asana, Google Sheets, and Jotform. Ensure materials align with strategic priorities and are accessible for both Field and Headquarters teams
Create and format camp level resources and training materials based on guidance from Camp leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams, tailoring materials for different roles and responsibilities.
Maintain and update documents and spreadsheets key to operations that are used across departments, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.
Oversee existing process documentation in support of cross-functional onboarding for new team members
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing support of Camp program resources and initiatives.
Collaborate on the roll out of training content by assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and communicating updates.
May provide technical support related to internal tools (e.g., Google Workspace, LearnUpon, Asana) and help troubleshoot common issues accessing camp materials and resources.
Collaborate across Camps when appropriate on shared resources or as camp needs fluctuate throughout the preseason. Be ready to adjust based on team needs to keep Camp brands moving forward.
Manage and iterate on support structures for Field Team during standard business hours throughout the camp season, helping troubleshoot program-related questions, assisting with time-sensitive tasks (e.g., placing missed food orders), and supporting communication with vendor partners as needed.
Additionally, be available on a limited, on-call basis for approximately 8–12 weekends during Summer months to address urgent program needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required in Education, Communications, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
2–4 years of experience in a program management, content coordination, training, or internal communications role required
3 years experience creating and managing systems for operational execution, such as checklists, resource trackers, or budget tools preferred
3 years relevant experience would be considered in lieu of applicable degree
Additional Job Requirements
Strong ability and willingness to learn new systems quickly with familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, LearnUpon, Canva or comparable
