Job Description

You will be working closely with the Project Management Office team to investigate automation opportunities for the Group IT charge-down. 

Responsibilities  

• Assist with IT charge-down by cleaning data and data mapping, and performing analysis of  

• actual versus plan from data  

• Assist with automation IT charge-down  

• Review and improve current processes  

• Assist with analysis and presentation of data 

• Support in other special and/or ad-hoc projects as required 

Requirements  

• Preferred studies in Information Systems, or IT with Accounting knowledge, IT with Finance knowledge 

• Proficient in Excel with basic knowledge of the usage of formulas and pivot tables 

• Experience in Power BI or equivalent BI tools will be advantageous  

• Good collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and partner with business stakeholders
