Front Desk Receptionist, Bartram Skilled Nursing, Part-Time

The Front Desk Receptionist will provide coverage of telephone and front desk duties. Answer incoming calls in a prompt, courteous manner according to Brooks customer service quality standards. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Receives hospital guests, ascertains needs, and directs guests appropriately.
- Courteously answers the phone and takes accurate messages.
- Answers routine questions regarding departmental policies, operations and procedures.
- Checks appointment schedules and directs or escorts guests to appropriate office or departmental area.
- Completes assignments of special projects by designated deadlines.
- Responsible for admitting patients as needed.
- Monitors patients in lobby area.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- 1 year Customer Service experience.
- 1 year of switchboard or phone experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
Hours: Part Time, 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday 4pm-7:30pm

Compensation: Experience, education and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
