As the Sr. Total Rewards Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support the administration and evolution of our US and International rewards programs and philosophy, while continuing to grow and develop your career in Total Rewards. This role will work closely with all members of People Team, including People Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and the rest of the Total Rewards team.
Responsibilities

Analyze and help structure efficient and effective compensation & benefits programs for our global organization

Support the development of all compensation, benefits, and wellbeing communications

Assist with submission of all market data surveys

Support the semi-annual performance review and compensation cycles through Workday requirements definition, data analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and the development of communications

Administer and evolve our market pricing tools and benchmarking methodology

Liaise with People Operations/HRIS & Internal Systems teams to identify and implement data sharing opportunities

Find opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of core compensation business processes

Perform daily and weekly administrative benefits tasks including reviewing/approving benefit change requests, HSA/FSA funding file preparation, and monitoring and responding to benefit inquiries

Partner with external leave of absence vendor and internal payroll team to accurately administer employee leave of absence programs, ensuring employees are paid correctly and timely while on leave and internal systems are updated accordingly

Requirements/Qualifications

You have a B.A./B.S. with 1 – 3 years of experience as a Compensation or Benefits Analyst, either “in-house” or as a consultant

You have solid analytical and technical skills

You are knowledgeable and passionate about market pricing, preferably with experience in high-technology/internet environments

You have an advanced level of experience in Excel

You have a growth mindset – you think about how to work smarter, and take on the next challenge
