This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 20+ hours/week, Eastern Time Zone. Any combination of work hours to get to the patient's status. Initially, for training purposes, we need to have a few hours of demo for the applicant to learn what is needed for the transfer. Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid break. The hours can be flexible depending on the work required and timelines. Some Saturdays, depending on availability and tasks required to perform.

Responsibilities
- Execute precise data migration between healthcare record systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Transfer and verify patient appointment schedules, maintaining scheduling integrity
- Migrate patient medical records, including diagnoses and clinical notes, with meticulous attention to detail
- Document progress and maintain clear communication about transfer status
- Follow detailed processes and procedures provided through direct training
- Participate in video conference training sessions to learn exact procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality standards for sensitive medical information
- Track and report on data migration progress
- Collaborate directly with the physician to ensure accuracy of transferred information
Requirements

- Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Dedicated home office setup with multiple monitors
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Outstanding ability to follow detailed instructions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experience with data entry or information management preferred
