Software Engineer – AI Leasing Tools

• English - Native or fully fluent.

• Shift: Full-time.
  
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• English Level: C1-C2.
  

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven leasing tools to automate apartment complex management.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement new features. Ensure high-quality software through code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization.
  
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends to enhance product capabilities.
  

• Experience in the property management or real estate sector.
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  
• Prior experience in startups or fast-paced development environments.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development with a focus on AI applications.
  
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
  
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and AI tools.
