Senior WordPress Developer

Interweave is seeking for a Senior Web Developer, to develop and execute projects across platforms and channels (products, platforms, websites, mobile, campaigns). You will collaborate with strategists, marketers, information architects, UX designers and copywriters, and build with them great brand experiences online.

About our Technology Team:

You will join our IW Lab to develop and execute projects across platforms and channels (products, platforms, websites, mobile apps, web apps, campaign landing pages). You will collaborate mainly with technologists, developers, UX and UI designers, information architects and product managers along with creatives, strategists, marketers and copywriters, and you will build with them great products and brand experiences online.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Proficiency PHP and Laravel.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture and best practices.
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
• Familiarity with responsive web design principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Page Speed Optimization.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Working knowledge of AWS Cloud Computing Services.
• Cloud Services and Migration with main focus in AWS.
• Knowledge of security controls.
• Working knowledge of Linux.
• Experience setting up development environments.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Cloudflare / DNS configuration, hosting setup.
• Experience on developing documentation.

Bonus points

• Familiarity with other CMS platforms and frameworks is a bonus.
• Experience in managing tech teams is a plus.
• Experience on build SaaS is a plus.
• Ruby knowledge is a plus.
• React knowledge in a plus.
