Pharmacist - Retail Pharmacy

The staff pharmacist has the responsibility to integrate the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to assure optimal drug therapy outcomes and to improve the patient's quality of life. Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program.
- 1 year Retail Pharmacists experience.
