This facility operates five days a week with potential for overtime and produces Bacon and Bacon Toppings. This facility may run 5 to 6 days a week, with an occasional 7-day week.

POSITION SUMMARY: 

These positions may work in any department of the facility such as the Raw Process, Cooked Bacon, and Pizza Toppings.   

 

The starting pay for this position is $20.90 per hour, and an additional $.75 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift position placement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Perform general housekeeping duties in the department 

• Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements 

• Must perform all positions of rotation, if applicable. 

• Some positions require the use of hands and arms above shoulder level and may involve the use of knives. 

• Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor  

• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed 

 

Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. 

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs or more if required (weight depends on area) 

• The Team Member will stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach.   

• The Team Member will stand 8-10 hours on hard floors 

• The Team Member will perform repetitive motions  

• The Team Member will work in a cold and damp environment with slippery walking surfaces.
