(NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company.<p></p><p></p><p>The SFC Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, production, and delivery of all small-format printed materials and branded collaterals supporting the Hospitality program of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026. This role plays a key part in ensuring that every guest-facing detail is consistent with ON Location’s premium experience standards, from welcome letters to signage, from menus to luggage tags.</p><p>Reporting to the Director of Hospitality Central Services, the SFC Manager will liaise closely with all functional teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate needs assessment, production timelines, brand alignment, and operational readiness.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate the creative development and execution of all small format hospitality materials</li><li>Collect needs and inputs from all internal Functions (initial wave and updates)</li><li>Develop and manage production timelines, delivery schedules, and quality control</li><li>Ensure alignment with branding guidelines and Games visual identity and seek approval by IOC / MICO using Track plateform</li><li>Oversee relationships with print and logistics suppliers</li><li>Support the second production wave with innovation and Function-driven input</li><li>Ensure readiness and on-site support during key milestones and Games time</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Profile</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in event operations, marketing production, or hospitality collateral management</li><li>Strong project management skills with a solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders</li><li>High attention to detail, combined with creative flair</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (Italian is a strong asset)</li><li>Experience working in Olympic, international sports, or large-scale events is a plus</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Attributes</b></p><ul><li>Hands-on, proactive, and accountable</li><li>Collaborative, service-minded, and quality-driven</li><li>Adaptable to fast-paced environments and evolving needs</li><li>Committed to excellence, no matter the scale of the task</li></ul><p></p><p></p>
