Job Description:

• The Director of Rehab Services is responsible for the overall operations of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy by planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and evaluating personnel, supplies, and equipment in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Approves policies and procedures for the department and oversees Performance Improvement activities.
• Provides leadership for department and accountability for budgetary and performance criteria.
• Provides assurance of culturally sensitive, high quality patient care in accordance with evidence-based practice, current research, and standards of physical, occupational, and SLP therapy practice.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years job related experience
• Current Ky License by Ky Board of Physical Therapy
